A short time after September 11th, 2001 the drumbeat of war began, amplified by an eager media. Yet, during a time when 80% of Americans agreed with the War in Iraq, some citizens protested the war in their own acts of conscience. Compellingly narrated by a Gulf War One veteran, this film takes us through the spectrum of wartime media and reveals impassioned street protests rarely seen on television as a counter-voice to war fever. This gritty documentary is still painfully relevant as American troops continue to fight in Iraq and Afghanistan.
